A BG charged in the flank across FF does not count as a flank charge.
After impact does the charger then swing around to the front?
What if you are charge a BG across FF in the fron and the flank?
You do not count as fighting in 2 directions so do you still throw dice against the flanker or do they throw "Free" dice in the Melle?
Thank You

Page 121, Field Fortifications, 5th bullet: If not already facing the part of the fortification being attacked, the defending base(s) turn to face it and the rest of the BG is shuffled up to maintain contact with the turned bases.

If actually charged in the flank, you must turn at least 1 base when contacted from 2 directions. However, you can't be charged in the flank if you have fortifications on both sides of you. My opinion would be that you don't turn in this case since it is considered a frontal attack and you are already facing a part of the fortification being attacked. This is just my opinion, I haven't seen anything on this from the authors.

You only get the dice for the bases actually fighting in melee so the attackers would get both files and the defender the one file. The defender rolls against the enemy to its front. Basically, the 2nd attacker is just like an overlap with a '-' for attacking a FF but facing the FF it is attacking.

I had a look at this a bit ago. If your longbow put their TF down and then a Bg gets around to a charge position at their flank simply turn to face the threatened flank. Providing it is mounted that then charge you where your front used to be you are laughing like a pirate.
