Hi,

As I didn't follow the market of Napoleonic 25(28?)mm figures for the last 20 years (yes, sadly that is how long ago I used them), could someone out there point me in the right direction of some nice 25mm casualty figure manufacturers, to use as markers ?
FYI, my (FOGN revived) armies are Russian, Italian, Bavarian and Baden (mainly "ancient" minifigs).
Thx for the info,

I think you can find casualty figs for Russian, and Prussian at Warlord, it will be under black powder from their menu on the left side of the screen then Napoleonics. Can't recall if they do French casualties too or not.

I think Perry Miniatures does casualties as well in the metal range, once again French and English maybe Austrian and Russian... Sorry the old brain is working overtime trying to recall since I am not really into casualty figs myself.

Perry Miniatures Plastic French heavy cav comes with some plastic French and British casualties, they are prone so may not be what you were looking for.
