I ordered a boxed copy of Field of glory on the 13th April 2012 and received an e-mail fro WorldPay as follows :-

Your transaction has been processed by WorldPay, on behalf of Slitherine Software UK Ltd.
Transaction details:
xxxxxx

However i have`nt had an order confirmation from you as yet - is my order ok? - i`m a bit concerned as this is my first time using WorldPay and ordering from you!

Like I've explained to Cougar_DK, sometimes this kind of occurrence happens. I know that the matter is under investigation, but the people at Slitherine don't know why this happen sometimes with some orders at Plimus.
So you'll have to send an email to info@slitherine.co.uk with your order details. And they will provide links for download. The only issue is that the office is close at the weekend, so you should only expect a message back on Monday.
