French Armistice question

Hello all,

in a currently ongoing PBEM with GS 2.0 the following did happen to me:

I was currently advancing past Paris without attacking it and hat positioned Italian transports for invasion of Tunis, and Algiers. A third transport was approaching Oran. Paris was not completely surrounded. When my opponent returned his turn and I opened it, I got a message that France had offered an armistice and that it had been accepted. Consequently, Vichy France was created and invasion of French North Africa no longer possible. Appearantly, my opponent had moved out of Paris (arrows) and leaving Paris empty had triggered the event. But I never got the chance to decide if to accept the armistice or not, because it all occured in the Allied turn. Now, is this a bug or it is meant to be this way?

This is a known bug in 2.0 and was (is) fixed in 2.1

Your opponent should have left the decision to you. At least this is what happened when I played with my friend.
