I've read somewhere about a 1.3.5 version with a full zoom.
I've bought the game two weeks ago and I've this (in french): "Version 1.3 module 1.8.0" and I've no full zoom.

Do you mean the ability to zoom out without it restricting you to not showing the edges of the map? Then you need to add a tweak. Open the USER.TXT file in your My Documents/My Games/BBCBA folder and add the line:

NOZOOMLIMIT 1

Then save and restart the game.

The current version is 1.8.0. If you grab that patch file you are fully up to date.
