Artillery attachments question

In the army list Heavy and Medium artillery attachments had differents point cost.
Reading the rules, I can't find any difference between this attachments, so I don't understand this difference.
Can anyone help on this?

You are quite right - unless or until we decide to give them an additional bonus, heavy artillery attachments are a waste of 2 points.
