BRTISH UNIT IN AGADIR DISAPPEARS

In a game i am currently playing I had a british mech unit in Agadir and it disappeared once the Free French reinforcements came to the city in November 1942 
(my axis opponent didn't accept the armistice and he had taken all of North Africa except Agadir). My unit didn't appeared after that in my reinforcements pool.
Any idea why this happened? Is it a bug? Will it be fix in the 2.1 version?
