I purchase the game yesterday and cannot connect the multiplay serve, as it presents "error: cann't conect to master serve". Is it a general down?

What we know of the server did not go down at all. It can how ever have been trouble with the provider we will check this out.

I just got on ..... no games are availble right now though
But it is up and running
