I have been enjoying reading the rules but was a little puzzled by one of the details in the lists.
Both British and Austrian infantry move as unreformed but shoot as reformed. The British, however, are costed as reformed while the Austrians are not. I can understand why they are classified this way by why do the Austrians pay less for the same thing?
