Hi,

I try to login from my iPad and I constantly get the following error: Missing_IDS_Login_error69

I've tried resetting my password but that didn't help. I do have online capacity as I'm sending this from the iPad.

same here after updating the iPad version. worked before.
What should i do?

I'll get the server team to check into what is causing you to get an error returned.

Seems to be my fault not to use upper case in the password.
Now it works!
