At the prompting of a mate I downloaded the ipad version of Battle Academy and instantly fell in love with multiplayer. awesome. It was so good I decided to purchase the game for my Mac as well. Great so far. Campaigns work sweetly. Now the problem, tried to load multiplayer against my account on the mac and it says I have to many serials (well yes I did buy the game twice - but on the understanding that I would be able to play on any device as per the blurb on the ipad ad). How can I make multiplayer work seamlessly on both machines, from one account. Multiplayer BA beckons from my 27' screen but I cant make it work - help !!!!!

we hadn't expected people to go that direction from iPad to Mac and it looks like it's not set up to cope with it. We were expecting people to go from PC/Mac to iPad!

We can fix it manually for now but we'll have to think about an automated way around this. Sorry for the inconvenience. Do you have an MP games in progress right now? Can you mail info@slitherine.co.uk with your serial number and a quick summary of the problem and we'll work out how to deal with it!

If we should have two serial number as I bought both computer and iPad versions, how do I know my iPad serial number?.
In "my page" did not appear.

On iPad it automatically uses your PC serial if you have one already. The iPad serials are not comaptible with PC but we think we've fixed Jon's issue so it should all be workign now if he retries.
