Strange bug placing two units in one hex

Hi together

I have started a multiplayer game return to kiev. It is my first turn:
Image
Weather is snow, so view range is limited. The infantery unit below the the KV is a new unit recruited to this position. So in the field adjacent is still fog of war. Then I tried to move the T-70 to the field above the KV. Because the route will pass the field with fog of war and I now there is a german unit in there at the beginning. So I was not sure what will happen, so I took a screenshot.
Here is what happens:

The number of free core units did not change, so I think the infantry unit may still be in place. I am not sure what happens next ;-)

Because it is turn 1 you should be able to reproduce this one without problem. Just be sure to start with rain or snow at the beginning.

Best regards
Gwaylare
P.S.
The algorithm to find the route should avoid passing fog of war, if there is a better way!

Good catch - surely a bug. I wonder if the SPAA was killed whether both would die? Which unit's CD etc would be used? Anyway, it shouldn't happen.

CD - close defence. I guess the question is: when two units are on the same hex, which unit stats will the game use in case that hex gets attacked.

Ok I see, So there was no attack next turn. But the T-70 is gone no and a core slot is added again:

So first unit survived. This is like a unit surrenders because no field to retreat is available. This ok I think, but it should be handled within the turn.

Oh it is getting worse
Before I end my turn, I usally go through all available units with key n and uppps T-70 is back again:
Image
I moved away the infantry in there last turn before. T-70 still was gone. Then I moved another infantry to this field, nothing happend. So you see the infantry has no icon to move!
Now I found it by accident. I will move it, lets see
Here we can see T-70 back on battle field:

But the infantry above vanished. So I am not sure if this unit is still there or T-70 has taken with it or ...?

To be continued....
