bought a game , but my download is only 5kb/s...
while my connection is 20mbit/2mbit.

I think that if games are sold true inet, they should be on fast servers.
not servers , that will force you to wait for a day to play.

or I'm wrong, or do you guys have some temp. probs ?

well I must say .... your servers suck bigtime, last time I bought a game from here.

do you have a firewall or 2 if so try to turn them of while you download

well I was a little bit angry.... tought I could play , I could ..............the next day.
now I'm more friendly

no got no firewall(atleast no heavy one)
everything else is working fine.
only this download sucked, pc = fast,net =fast
router = good configured.
this was 1000% sure a problem of the sender.
and ok, if you got around the 100/250kb/s then it is doable, but 5?

Sorry you are having problems. The downloads are all hosted through Digital Rivers super fast servers and I get around 400k/sec when testing it, so I don't know why you have had problems. If you can mail your order details to info@slitherine.co.uk I'll see if I can track down the problem.
