Movement and Attack

This is definitely a 2.2+ idea, so if you are focused on 2.1, please ignore.
I've been testing out the new Unity of Command 'Stalingrad' game, and it has a few interesting ideas.
One of them is the idea of letting the player mix up the movement-attack sequence. In other words, you might move, then attack and then move again. Or attack, and then move. Or move and attack.
Let's imagine a basic unit with a movement of 4 points on clear terrain. It could move a couple of hexes, perform an attack and then move a couple more hexes. Or it could attack immediately, and then follow up the attack with movement.
There are some refinements, but that is the general idea.
I think it is fair to say that this model is more consistent with reality, and it would be worth testing in GS at some future point.
