Received New turn Email but not able to access

I received the new turn Email from Slitherine but when I go to the Multiplayer it still shows my old turn? We are on turn 62 I am thinking it has something to do with the the Multiplayer going down?

Yes - we had to go back to the last clean backup, so sadly turns were lost. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
