Username and posts were removed :(

Hello,
I signup on the forums yesterday and made two posts under the name of Frozenthunder in the Panzer Corp forum. One was a rather lengthy post asking advice on a particular scenario in Panzer Corps. Today I login and my posts are gone and even my username. So I signed up again with the exact same email but different username just in case my previous username can be recovered.
Seems like a major glitch with this board. Can someone look into this? I almost hate to ask questions again in fear my username and posts will be removed again
