Had enough!

I have been having ongoing issues with login at Slitherine which also effects my FoG online multiplayer login. I repeatedly get the Username/Password not reconized or some such message.
Originally I contacted support and the issue was resolved by having a password reset from support side.
Have been unable to lgin multiplayer to play and send bounds for over a week and despite multiple emails to Slitherine support have yet to receive a reply. Very frustrating!
Question is, am I able to get a full refund for FoG and all associated add ons due to Slitherine's inability to not only reply to emails but to address this ongoing issue?
Failing that, just a word from support to say email received would be a bloody good step in the right direction.

Original account with which I am having trouble with is OzzieNeil. Had to create new account just to post, due to reason stated above.

I'm sorry you are having problems. When exactly did you contact support? Support do not work at the weekends and Monday there was a team meeting all day which meant no tech support was carried out and a small backlog built up which started to get processed Tuesday. This should be all caught up on by the end of the day.

I'm sure they'll be in contact very soon. Once agains apologies for the delay.
