"Ivan moves first" - scenario briefings

In defensive scenarios the player usually doesn't move first.
This is barely worth mentioning as in most campaign scenarios the player moves first. But in 1943 and future DLCs defensive scenarios become much more common.
Kerensky asked for some input how this rather critical information should be communicated to players in the scenario briefings.
What do you think?
My suggestion:
January 1st, 19xx
(The enemy moves first in this scenario)
In bold letters, right at the start of the briefing. How would you do it? Rather bold somewhere in the text or at the end? Or a pure and fuzzy text information a la "the enemy has the initiative".
I would also like to make suggestions regarding UI improvements; like ...
- being able to read/show the briefing and the objectives again
- show the per-turn income in scenarios
I would have some more like being able to deploy paratroopers on the ground instead of having to use a cheat to force them on ground, but this feedback is meant to be more scenario/briefing related.
