Where exactly do convoys spawn and go to after GB is conquered? In one of my games it's 1943 and I'm at war with the Soviets, but somehow I cannot see any Soviet convoys - only the British northern, British central and American southern ones. Their destinations seem to be Halifax and New York - is that correct? Do they spawn in just several selected hexes or all central/southern/northern hexes?

You don't get them after London and Liverpool fall.
