starting prestige 4200
prestige after overstrengthing/upgrades 47
ending prestige 860
DV on turn 18 of 18
Phew, after that last battle, I probably have an all-time record repair bill. I bought two Wespes to try to replace some of my lost artillery units. I had to be very picky about which units I overstrengthd but in the end, it worked out well. My strategy was to send the majority of my troops on the offensive to retake the objectives in the southern part of the map and I was actually able to get a DV on turn 6 but I chose to let the game drag on until the last turn so that I could get a bit more prestige, lord knows I need it. Overall, an easier scenario and a much appreciated breather after the difficult battles of Kursk, especially Prokhorovka. It was also nice to have a pleasant defensive scenario, it has been quite a while since we had one of those and I am always especially fond of them.
