Improved fog of war

A little mod that increases the fog of war in game : you have now more difficulties to see the opponent oob

INSTALL :
1- DO NOT FORGET TO SAVE YOUR ORIGINAL FILES
2- JUST COPY THE DATA FOLDER OF THE MOD IN THE GRAND STRATEGY MOD FOLDER : it will replace all units txt in this folder
Note : it is possible to play with a TOTAL fog of war : you have just to set the sea spotting and land spotting at "1" for all units (the actual mod does not do that : it just reduces the sea/ground spotting range of 1 or 2 points)
