I cant upgrade/buy artillery to Sturmpanzer1?
It´s not anywhere to be found.

The Sturmpanzer, like the Panzer I models, hit their expiration date in 1943. They cannot be purchased anymore. Don't worry though, the Wespe and Hummel and SiG 38T all open up in DLC 1943.
