Original Battlefield Academy loading

I have bought a new Asus laptop which I will get Friday 10 Feb. In the past I have purchased every Battle Academy (including all expansions) and every Panzer Corps. The trouble I have is that I cannot find my hard copy of BA#1 which you need to play expansions. Since I bought BA#1 mid 2010, the e-mail from Slitherine I received in mid-2010, giving the key for the download is long deleted. Everything I buy from you guys is always download + hard copy. If you do not help me, all my BA expansions are worthless. What to do? I should be talking to customer service but did not see a link to them. Slitherine's service has always been excellent, so don't fail me now (a new hardcopy would be great but I would understand if you cannot do that. Fuzedude.
