Bought some games from Slitherine during the holidays and when I went to register those games at Matrix Games they told me that I couldn't do it.

Seriously!!!

Why -- does this have to be an issue.

So tell me again the reason behind buying game from this site????

Which games was this for? We may not have synchronised the database for all games across the sites yet. There are literally millions of serial numbers generated in many ways in many lists so its no small task :) Let us know and we'll see what we can do. The versions we sell are exactly the same so there is no reason to buy from one or the other.

Well I bought Battle Academy with all expansions, Panzer Corps plus all of the expansions, Europe At War, Napaleon at War.

When I went to register them at their site I kept getting an error message, so I eamiled their tech support. they responed that I could not do that and that I would have to register at Slitherine instead.

I think we can get the BA & PzC serial synched up as they share installers. The Commander games might be harder as they use different installers as they are old. We'll see what we can do.

I know when I was adding them (Ithink) some of them went through and some did not (if I remember correctly). I will check on my Matrix Games account to see what games I have registered for you.

We've checked and all the PzC and BA serials should allow you to register. The older games can't unfortunately as it was long before we merged but going forwards all new releases will be synchronised.

If you have trouble with the games that shoudl work we'll need to know the serials so PM them to me.
