Not sure if this is a glitch or just a misunderstanding on my part. The screenshot from my RC8 game with Morris below shows a German fighter in winter weather. The tech level is 6. Yet, the fighter's air attack is at 4. My understanding is that the air attack value should be halved in bad weather, and rounded up if the original was an odd number. But half of 6 is 3; there's no need to round up to 4. The manual seems to indicate this as well.

Is this a glitch or did I miss something?
