Hello, just bought dlc42 tried to install asks for serial #. Don't have it cause my purchase email has not been sent to me. So please help.

Have you checked your spam mail folder?
If it hasn't arrive yet, please mail to info@slitherine.co.uk with your order details and they will sort it out.

hello,well i didnt save anything after purchase as i figured it would all be sent to me i just hit the download link then continued browsing other sites waiting for my email so i could then save the details.

I have had exactly the same problem this afternoon. I purchased PC on line but didn't keep the reference as in the past I've got confirmation by return. 1 hour later there is still no sign of e-mail. Can you help?
