For the devs: question re AT and initiative

I've asked it a couple of times but the question may have got lost in the 'Elefant' thread.

1. In the equipment.pzeqp file the trait for SP AT is shown as 'fixedt' rather than 'fixt' - is this an error? If it is not, Mark Garrett will need to be informed because his editor is looking for 'fixt'. It may also affect combat results if 2. is occurring.

2. Does the 'fixt' (or 'fixedt') trait give a -3 initiative penalty against rotating turret ('rott' trait) vehicles? If it is this is not showing up in the (Ctrl-click) combat predictor nor in the 'L' key post-combat summary.

I can't answer the whole question but AT weapons are getting a + 3 initiative if attacked by a tank. I'm pretty sure it was changed to + 3 initiative on the defense (as opposed to the former - 3 on offense) in the last patch to make the AT guns a little more sturdy on defense.

Bloody hell! So they are! I just checked an IS-II against an Elefant and the Elefant gets 11+3 initiative. Man, no wonder they are so hard to kill. That means I should try using more of my own ATs against them. :)

I can't find the post right now, but the fixed/rotating turret in the equipment file don't do anything right now.
It's hardcoded that AT versus Tank get a Initiative bonus (AT vs Tank/Recon +3).

OK, thanks for the replies to Q2. Now Q1 - is that going to stay the same? If so, Mark will need to change his editor.
