What do you Want to play at Britcon

Thought I would add a poll for this as no decision has yet been made. I suppose since it is 'The Worlds' everybody can vote, and I don't know if any votes will make any difference since the BHGS is some sort of self perpetuating nepotistic balkanized oligarchal theocracy run by Bruce and Hammy.

I voted for more points, same table size. To be sure I would be as happy with 800 points on the usual 6x4 table. I like that just fine.
Of course, since I cannot make the Worlds this year (see earlier post about my wife capturing that weekend) my opinions should be given the weight that they merit: immediate adoption by all concerned.

I should damn well hope the votes will make no difference - war gamers and democracy don't mix

Well 7 people want to do the same as they do every Britcon. 2 people want to show off their enormous assets. Eleven people want to put their smaller assetts somewhere they will look bigger and 3 people believe there assets should be kept in proportion with their environment.
But overwhelmingly at least 6 billion people haven't yet voted.

Part of the problem is you can't vote for more than one. I don't care as long the armies are at least 800 pts.

No. If this were American democracy, you would be receiving six robo-calls a night telling you that people who favor 650-pt. lists are socialists who sacrifice babies to Satan.

It's true! I heard it on talk radio.

It is true, but being reminded about it every night is unnecessary and annoying.

Well, more than 50% of people want smaller tables and nearly 10% will do anything for a beer. What more evidence do you need.

That makes sense. As beer consumption proceeds and the players expand, , they cannot stand as close, and eventually can't reach across a full size table.

Voters have no power. The people that count the votes have the power.

I have now voted 3 times for too drunk too care but it seems many more people want smaller tables than beer. I shall poke this in the face of the BHGS. Along with the threat of staying sober for a tournament if they don't listen to the people. (Or at least those that could be arsed to vote.)
