Shock Troops Charging Skirmishers

Page 32 - Shock Troops appear to have to test to avoid charging enemy Skirmishers? So foot shock have to charge LF or test and Mounted Shock have to charge LH or test.
Is this correct or is a line missing?

It is correct. Of course, they don't have to test if you screen them with your own skirmishers.
