Slitherine

I have had trouble with download for '42 DLC; links on final confirmation page on Slitherine nor email link has allowed me to download this DLC!!

Anyone else had any problems? I sent support an inquirey, but still waiting. The normal download page only allowing a save option, but not real save to allow "exe." to proceed. Also, would get a page saying "cannot continue downlaod because number of attempts has been reached." or something like that. Anyone experience this before??

It takes a few minutes before a Plimus email will arrive, especially as there is a high demand at the moment.

In my case, it took between half an hour and three quarters of an hour, to receive the email.
I've used Paypal.

But are you having trouble with the email or with downloading?

Neither link to download is working; have had no problem with this before with any downloads; links to download are not working; either entirely fails to go to page to download or get page that says, something like, "cannot download becuase of to many attempts failed." Also, sometimes, there would be the normal page to download, only option would be to save, but won't save in any way!!

I don't know how else to explain. I started trying to get DLC before noon, EST, USA time and still not working(now 6PM EST,USA). In my humble opinion, I think the email download file is corrupt, but what do I know.

I heard demand is high, but I didn't expect that.
Maybe it was just a hiccup in the system, either way please be patient, I'm certain we'll help you with your issue as quickly as we can.

Just to let everyone know; I took Iainmcneil advice, contacted Slitherine, and first reply worked like a charm. I'm up and running.

There is a glitch in PLimus duue to the recent paypal changes and as a result we sometimes (rarely) get a purchase without a serial and have to manually fix it. Very annoying but we hope they'll have it sorted soon!
