I tried to edit my forum profile to change preferences after I had logged in and got the following message:


Sorry, but that e-mail address is already registered to a user.
The current password you supplied does not match that stored in the database.

Sorry you are having problems. Can you send the url of the page where you were trying to change your settings and which link you used to get there.

I showed up as being logged on. I used the profile button under the green banner and got to

profile.php?mode=editprofile

What exactly were you trying to change? That's just the forum settings not your main account settings.

My time zone and several of my emailing preferences.

Is it still happening? If so mail info@slitherine.co.uk from the e-maill address the account is registered too and we'll reset your passwords.
