I got this message but have had no problems downloading turns as far as I can see.
Each turn from each game has downloaded and uploaded first time every time.

Hi Arminus,
I've sent you the logs so you canm see where the problems were. The system appears to be working normally.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Cheers
Iain

Iain,
I just got the same message, however, I can explain why (certain conditions) as to why we're seeing this message.
- Downloading the exact same scenario (playing duplicates).
- Opponent is the same.
Ok ... Here's whats happening. I was playing hotseat and posted the "same" scenario multiple times (and accepted all). Since the scenario "name" is the same, and the opponent (me) is the same, it generated the message.
It appears that the server thinks we actually downloaded the scenario (or turns) more than once because it's looking at the scenario name and player names.
You can duplicate the issue by posting a scenario multiple times and playing in hotseat mode. Start with 3 duplicates, then surrender after the first turn (to end battle). When you're done ending all 3 battles, exit out of BA, then boot BA up and go back into the MP menu. It should display the message that you've been a naughty boy

.
Hope that helps!

I don't think it works like that, but I will check into it. Thanks!

Pip,
That has been the first time I ever got the message.
Also ... another condition ... I downloaded the same scenario more than once within seconds (under a few minutes after I surrendered the previous ones).
Maybe the server thought I downloaded it mulitply times since I surrendered after the first turn? So, four things happened at once ;
(1) same scenario name.
(2) same players.
(3) same turn.
(4) all within a few minutes of each other.
I can see why players are getting the message. If they upload challenges with the same scenario, accepted by the same opponent, and played back-to-back at (or around) the same time ... viola! ... You will get a note from your mother and sent to your room!

... It suppose it could be worse, players with wives could get a text message on their phone too ... "Your husband is playing too much BA !"

We are looking at ways to allow people to increase their limit. It's probably only useful for a few people, but it was mainly there to prevent new players biting off too much
