Hero randomness

Any way to avoid the less desirable hero/unit combinations such as ...
Artillery/Tac/Strat/AA getting Defense or Initiative
While boosting the chances of more desirable hero/unit combinations such as ...
Infantry/Armor getting Movement or Initiative
Recon getting Movement or Spotting
Artillery getting Range
Perhaps let us pick the bonus? Would add a nice RPG element to the game.

Somewhat related on the topic of heroes...I remember seeing some talk about having heroes with multiple abilities based on historical figures (i.e. Wittman, etc.). Is this still in the offing?

That's entirely possible in the future, but I have no information to share at this point.

I think that itsnt every time, I got to my armor or fighter spoting, or another skills as def or offen.
But I would like to get extra skills as double move, double attack or somethings similar
