subs collide causes game freeze!

During the AI axis turn a German sub collides with my English sub parked in the Danish strait on the single hex blocking German movement from the Baltic. The game then freezes. Any suggestions?

Is this the standard CEaW or GS?
The only suggestion I would have (for now) is to go back to your turn and unblock the straight. I know this would be letting the axis sub out; however, it would allow you to continue the game.

GS version...unfortunately my sub has been sitting there for a couple of turns and the auto save starts on the axis turn. I don't have a chance to move it...
