Oh no! Have I lost my serial numbers?

Hello, I've just bought the full game + all DLCs. Before I was able to write down all the serial numbers, this happened:

I still have not got my serial ... I have tried by email, but a guy named Christian Bassani writes this in response:
I do apologise for the delay but unfortunately the generator that generates the serial numbers sometimes doesn’t successfully generate the serial number. We are working on this to correct this issue but so far there has been no solution to the problem. I will contact you the moment I get your serial number.
However, it seems that several people HAVE got their serial, so I am starting to worry a bit here ...
Private email me for more info if needed. Otherwise I guess I will have to wait until this Mr. Bassani contacts me ...

Yeah I did. Well, they were very responsive. However, it has been ... well... 4-5 days now and after 1-3 days they still said the serial key generator was the problem. However, why are others getting a serial then ...
Hm... I might try and write to them again, I am losing patience...
I play on the hardest level (hasn't unlocked the hardest ones, though) and at the moment I have (without any kind of cheating) 13.000 prestige and are halfway through my secound round of Campaign 41. So I am eager to start playing 42 with both this and my previous core army (which has half the amount of prestige and experience).

The serial generation issue is a number 1 bug we are trying to get Plimus to fix. Sometimes it fails to issue a serial number with a purchase. The serials are there and all is set up ok. They have promised to fix it and while fixing it run regular checks to catch any missing serials and manually send them out to you. All we can do is apologise about this for now.

It got fixed this morning - I received my serial so I am a happy customer now.
