Multiplayer Game Starting in Wrong Player Turn

Hi,
Playing a multiplayer game as the Western Allies against the Axis. My opponent has completed his turn and passed it over to me. However, when I go to play my turn the game placing me into the German turn.

I played the German turn (rather brilliantly)
and then sent it on its way with no error messages. All seemed well.

I'm checking the files and it looks like Hairog is added twice as a player 2, so most probably this is a reason.
Could you please try and start another game?
Hairog, OTOH, isn't it a progress in your case? IIRC you were not able to play multiplayer some time ago?

O.K. I've created a new game called Johan GC Take2. Hairog. do you want to try accepting and playing the first turn again ?

Well we managed to get through 1 turn, but as Hairog has passed me back control after completing his second turn (I'm assuming), I'm placed back into the German turn instead of the UK turn.
Any ideas Doomtrader ?

Ok this is weird.
Could this be the problem? I'm using my 3G phone as a tethering device. Sometimes I have to send my turn two or three times in order for it to work. I guess it times out of something.
I have no problem with any other internet function except 'Steam' at times. I'm getting 4 bars and from what I can tell good signals with 200 kps or better.

OK I got on the regular internet at a fast speed now. Doom can you reset the games we're playing? It should work now if my 3G phone connection was the problem. It would be nice for you to know I'm sure for future reference.

I'm having only two mobile connections, and constantly having problems like that. Even the weather is an issue sometimes.

Same problem again. The turn opens for me on the German turn.
Doomtrader, is there any way to debug what is happening here ?

It must be Hairog using his phone for data entry and the signal is getting confused.

No this last time was on a very fast home network. This time it as not my internet but something else. Should I reinstall my game again?
