Can I check difficulty?

I just completed the 40 DLC on FM after completing 39 on General. I expected to see the other 3 options available for 41, or for a reply of 40 but I can't see them. Is there any way of seeing from within a save game what level you have it set to? It could be I selected General for 40 as well but its been a while since I started it

The extra difficulty levels appear only if you complete the standard campaign on FM level, not the Grand Campaigns.

The only setting that tells you what it is, is Manstein. Hard to miss 15 strength units everywhere.
Unfortunately, the only way to track difficulty setting, so far, is to do it manually. When you start a new campaign, immediately save your progress, and in the 'description' box you can write in all the details you want yourself. Such as difficulty setting. That can be used as a reference.

Thanks for the replies. Its more that I know I haven't done the main campaign at FM. Maybe I'll go back and do it again one day...but I have sooo many other games that I haven't touched (silly steam christmas sale!!)
