Ok, then rename "Audio" subfolder to "_Audio".
Run and report back.

Rename "video" to "_video".
Did you update to 1.05? Or is it still running original version 1.00?

It gets complicated now, I do have the files saved with the 1.05 patch, but then I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but I have the back up files still which has all the updates and DLC games.

Forget your saved files. I'm speaking about what version is Panzer Corps now running, after you've reinstalled it.

the _video worked, downloaded the 1.05 patch, now for the DLC GC39 and GC40, last i checked for the download of GC39 was expired or something like that. So unsure how to get those back.
BTW thank you for your help.

As far as the video concerns, that indicates that you've an issue with your video/audio codecs. But if the game is playing let it be.

The other issue, of the expiring link, you've to sent your order detais to info@slitherine.co.uk. They will email you back with new links for downloading. This time make a backup to a DVD or a USB drive.
