Editor: Scenery Problems

Whilst creating a map using Editor I realized that Arnhem objects have mysteriously appeared on the options avalable. I do not have this extension, but do have the France Blitzkreig. Whilst attempting to then put in sundry objects, giant dice appeared and huge shadows of what seemed to be giant bridges and other assorted objects. This completely ruined the already well developed map! Furhermore no further objects could be inserted and the map had to be abandoned with 2 hours detailed work ruined!
What is going on? Have I inadvertantly pressed some object icon that has resulted in this mess?
Can you explain this phenomenon and tell me how to avoid it in future. The absence of any written advice is again spoiling your game.

I have no idea why something like that may have happened. I'm not entirely sure what you say happened - did the objects on your map suddenly turn into the Arnhem objects? Were you working on a custom BF campaign folder?
If you reloaded the map from a prior save, did it still exhibit the same issues?
Cheers

No, objects on the map did not suddenly turn into Arnhem objects.
When I purchased the basic game only the three basic terrain types were available. Having purchased the Blitzkreig module, Arnhem objects have been added to the scenary menu.
I used some of these on the new map that I was building.Whilst doing so the giant dice and huge shadows appeared (this happened in objects mode). No other objects from any of the 4 types could then be added. Is there some icon that triggers this? I was not working on an custom BF campaign folder.

Hello Pip
I have still not received an answer to why the scenary was ruined and what steps I can take to avoid a repetition of this problem.
Is there some scenary or object icon that triggers the start of this phenomenon?
Regards,

I've not been able to duplicate the bug. Can you send the save file to
info@slitherine.co.uk and I can see what has happened.
Cheers
Pip

Are you patching? This would be the reason why. Slitherine does not seem to patch selectively. Rather they give you the entire code and then you have to unlock the bits that you pay for with the software key. I have Sealion available and I do not have the Sealion module yet.
