Intro Movie not running

The intro movie is not running and I installed that special program (DivX or something)

This is a common issue.
For some people the videos or running in windowed mode, for some in full screen, and for some not at all.
You can check this mod to turn off the intros completely:

If you wish to watch the videos, you can try to run them directly from the game folder.
