anyone else having mouse problems since up date?

As I play a turn the reaction to mouse movement becomes slow to the point of unplayable....my comp with problem or ......

What version are you using? Does it occur on every mission?
If it doesn't clear up then post a thread in the tech support forum and we can try and drill down.
