A german partisan spawned in Poland

A german partisan spawned just after Poland surrendered...is that suppose to happen.
I play a game against Peterjfrigate and we are both on 1.12 v2.10 but has got RC4 at the end also, so we do recieve a checksum error message. What kind of version is that?

A few hexes in Poland are actually German core (Danzig, Posen and a path to these cities and East Prussia). The reason is that allow for Königsberg, Danzig and Posen to become deployment cities. So if these hexes are Allied controlled and empty then there is a chance a German partisan can spawn there.

It spwned in Posen just at the end of the turn when Poland surrendered, think the polish corp had left Posen

I've had a 10-strength German partisan pop up in Danzig twice! I make sure I don't occupy it on turn 1 anymore!
