Help with pin

I've downloaded DLC 41 and every time I input my 16 digit pin on my pzc cd it says that it is a invalid pin.
I've must have looked at the darn thing about a dozen times and I know it's right. On pzc cd it has my first and last name on it,
when I put in my personal info in for DLC 41 I put in my middle name (which I go by) and last name. Would this cause the problem?
