Simple mod: Longer reach for scirmishers and archers

Original range is just too short, archers fire only when enemy is too near.
Archers should be able to fire at the start ( changed range from 25 to 100) and scirmishers (16 to 50).
Now I relish watching battles where archers fire volley after volley of arrows on marching enemy (if they hold, better, they die where they stand). Yeah the arrows seldom cause casualties but that was how it was then.
Now, upgrading your infantry missile defense makes sense.
One thing though, shouldn't archers stop firing when friendlies reach the enemy?
