**Spoilers ahead, oh my!**


This finale was outstanding! Right from turn 0 it was pretty frantic. (I didnt read ahead, so the initial attacks caught me off guard and nearly cost me a few Artillery pieces)

This was probably my favorite scene in the 3 part DLC so far.

One oddity.. which may have been intentional, or... maybe not...


Seems we have an Amphib assault coming.

Also loved the captured T34-41. The KV-1B in the pic ended up being lost due to some crazy 8 point hit from that T34, but after I got done throwing things around, I managed to take retribution to the enemy. Never did overcome the mass of enemies that kept flowing, but did escort all 4 supply flights in and took everything but the SE corner.

All in all, a great map. GJ!

I finished playing this scenario tonight. I put almost all of my infantry and towed artillery on the east side of the pocket, supported by a few tanks, and put the majority of my armor and mobile artillery on the west side of the pocket. I held off the initial assault pretty well, and then went on the offensive to the west primarily. I eventually wiped out everything to the west of the pocket and hooked up with the German lines to the west. Meanwhile, to the east, I caputured everything to the northeast of the pocket, and then began driving south, while my forces in the south-east of the pocket advanced eastward. I got landed all of the transports without any problem, and got the DV. Great scenario.
