two accounts

hi! 
i had lost my account info, and created a new one. but recently i found all the info from my first account. could they be merged into one? what can be done? i ve purchased lot of games and have them in both accounts. i am sorry, i know i m being a pain, but things happen. any info you need, please contact me. my new email is hellaswillrise1981@gmail.com. also, how can i get some of my games download links again? i ve deleted one old email account and i have all the serial numbers but no links. a great thank you in advance.
