Sadly, Damian is forcing me to play in the FOGAM section.

Paul and I have sent our entry off this morning. Unfortunately, we have also booked hotel rooms on a non refundable basis, so I hope it goes ahead.

I'm sure it will go ahead... given a few more entries

even it it means twisting the arms of AM players to move to R ;-)

Feel free to twist Damian's arm, I would much prefer to play FOGR. (Tell him he has to put his stall outside unless he plays FOGR)

If numbers are looking ropey in a week or so, drop me a line - I may be able to wangle things to attend, and find a suitably stupid army to use.

Okay, I'm convinced.

After having had such a blast with the Elizabethan English in Usk I have to give the Scots a go in Burton.

Am currently touting for a club member to team up with, but if anyone out there fancies getting stuck in with a no-nonsense slugfest army, just say the word and you're in.

Dave,
will the units be easier to understand than four of this, four of that, two of this and two others.....
Although you still trounced us with them

Oh much easier. But no less deadly!

We Scotch are simple folk, no cunning plans for us just lots o' men wi' big pointy sticks, others wi' skirts and no undies, a few on wee horsies, and one almighty earth shattering cannon!

Easy to understand, even easier to fear...

Hi. Hopefully no news is good news about there being enough people to play the competition. Assuming there are, any chance of publishing the lists being used?

When all the lists in I'll try to publish the R&R!

Unfortunatley - its not he broad church that Usk was... I think people are catching on, or are a bit keen to win! :(

The AM may as well be called the Bactrian greek-a-thon

good over all turnout though

40+ FOG:AM

even a dozen DBM (or is it MM?)

As my army is chock full of schiltrons, sorry - keils, this doesn't sound like fun

Since the errata still don't include the proposed correction of the keil rule will I be allowed to reprise the performance of the dodgy Swiss concertina marching band?
