I can launch a multiplayer challenge with a 400 point Quick Army, but I haven't been successful at accepting one yet.

How can you do this?

It appears to work, I issued one and someone accepted , lol and then resigned becuase he thought it was buggy as he couldnt select the army he wanted.

I think the problem is its hard to tell which 400 ap battles are normal dag challenges and which ones are quick battles as they both display "400 ap challenge", however if you look close, in small print it does say "quick battle"

Thanks for the reply TGM - I must have picked up a 400 point DAG battle.

Can Slitherine increase the visibility on Quick games in the multiplayer challenge window?

If someone is willing to take all the requests and suggestions and build it in to a single thread it woudl be very useful. We are still working on the transition of what happens to FoG after HexWar and this would be a useful resource for anyone coming in new to the project.

This thread should work fine because I dont believe many know quick battles exist at all, or if they do, assume the armies are randomly generated, so few are talking about it:)

my suggestions:
*when you see challenges up on MP, quick battle ones should just drop ALL referances to 400 ap dag, or even mention ap's at all, and should just say QUICK BATTLE

*when one "clicks" on a quick battle army (but not yet committed to chosing it) the description of the army to the right should list the BG's you will have assigned to fight with. Currently , the only way to tell is to load up a game vs the Ai to get a peek.

I think Ian is speaking on broader terms, i.e.: create a single thread with suggestions for all aspects of them game. My fervent wish is to fix the random outcomes of combat.
