Drill Sgt ... bug ?

If you use the Drill Sgt bonus on a unit that has morale below 50 and if it increases the morale above 50 the suppression flag is still shown ... This might be confusing.
Yeah, yeah ... I know the Drill Sgt bonus wasn't intended for that use (like the Rally), but it's happening.
