Many of the PC hotkeys either don't exist or are different and not readily identifiable on the Mac. Here's the top 3 I'd like to request added to the Mac version:

List of hotkeys (F1 on PC)
Toggle ground level view (SHIFT+3 on PC)
Show the spread area for bombard attack (SHIFT)

Hmmm - every one of those should work on the Mac - nothing was done to disable them. What model of Mac are you running on?

Cheers

2009 iMac. I'll see if my opponent who is running it on a Mac mini is having the same problem.

The pre-assigned system function seems to override the hotkey (i.e, F1 = reduce screen brightness on my Mac)

Do the hotkeys work if you use them +Fn button?

Yes! So, here's the revised guide of keys that are slightly different for Mac Users:
List of hotkeys: Fn + F1
Ground view: SHIFT + 3 (Must be Numpad 3)
Casualty list: ~ (Not Insert)

Thanks - I will investigate and try and get them to operate correctly, even though there are workarounds.

The use of the F keys, on the Mac, are defined in:
System preferences/keyboard/Keyboard

The checkbox: "Use F1. F2, etc, …" when checked the F1 should works in BA.
Then, to reduce screen brightness you should use fn-F1
